  • Patent number: 11305074
Abstract: Various implementations include an insufflation system for use with an endoscope. The insufflation system includes a housing, a CO2 system, a water system, a foot pedal, a control system, an aromatic dispersion system, an audio system, and a water tubing valve. Various implementations also include a more visible foot pedal, which is useful in difficult-to-see environments. In some implementations, a water tubing valve couples conduits from two water containers to the endoscope. In a first position, water flows only from a first water container. In a second position, water flows only from a second water container. The water tubing valve prevents water-flow from both of the first water container and the second water container to happen simultaneously. The water tubing valve allows for an operator to quickly switch a source of the water, thereby facilitating continuation of a procedure in a case that the first water container is fully depleted.

  • Patent number: 10945471
Abstract: A garment comprising a right leg passageway and a left leg passageway and a trunk portion. The trunk portion has an opening with an edge there through with an associated flap which overlaps the edge of the trunk portion. The trunk portion has at least one coupling strip placed adjacent the edge of the trunk portion opening. The flap has a coupling strip and an absorbent area having an absorbent material being fixedly attached to the absorbent area.

The insufflation system includes a housing, CO2 system, water system, foot pedal, control system, aromatic dispersion system, audio system, and water tubing valve. Various implementations also include a more visible foot pedal, which is useful in low-lighting or difficult-to-see environments. In some implementations, a valve couples conduits from two water containers to an endoscope. The valve allows for more than one water container to be connected to the endoscope simultaneously. In the first position, water flows only from the first water container. In the second position, water flows only from the second water container. • Publication number: 20160208567
Abstract: Methods for curing lost circulation in a subterranean well comprise the use of a first and a second lost circulation material. The first lost circulation material is added during the initial preparation of a process fluid. The second process fluid is added to the process fluid at a later time as the process fluid is being pumped into the subterranean well. The first lost circulation may comprise granular or lamellar particles or both. The second lost circulation material may comprise fibers, ribbons or both.

  • Patent number: 8763705
Abstract: Wellbore-cleaning compositions comprising microemulsions are useful during cementing operations. The microemulsion solvent may be selected from the group comprising methyl esters and ethoxylated alcohols. The microemulsion surfactants comprise a water-wetting surfactant, a cleaning surfactant, an emulsifying surfactant, a non-ionic surfactant and a non-ionic co-surfactant. The wellbore-cleaning compositions may be pumped alone, ahead of a conventional spacer fluid or scavenger slurry and behind a conventional spacer fluid or scavenger slurry. In addition, the wellbore-cleaning composition may be incorporated into a carrier fluid such as (but not limited to) a conventional spacer fluid or scavenger slurry. The resulting fluid mixture may be pumped as a spacer fluid.

  • Publication number: 20110162844
Abstract: An assembly for placing a cement plug (1) in a well-bore comprises a landing and disconnecting collar (2), a shoe track (3), a circulation element (4), and a guide shoe (5), said elements forming an internal conduit (10), the circulation element (4) comprising side conduits (8) directed towards a well-bore wall (WBW). The assembly (1) diameter is such as to create a narrow annulus (AN2) in which a fluid pumped through the side conduits (8) circulates in the annulus according to a turbulent flow. The assembly (1) further comprises a sealing element (6) comprising a bottom sealing element (6A). The landing and disconnecting collar (2), shoe track (3), circulation element (4), and guide shoe (5) are made of material that are drillable, the elements forming the cement plug when a cement slurry (CS) is set into the annulus (AN2) and the internal conduit (10).

  • Publication number: 20050279157
Abstract: A suitable diffusion nozzle (20) for an ultrasounds probe using water as coupling agent between a piece under inspection and an acoustic transductor (13) such that the water is driven towards the surface of the material through a propulsion channel (21) surrounded by a plurality of diffusion channels (23) through which air is injected under pressure, forming an insulating screen capable of repelling the drops of water generated on the jet of water striking the surface of the material.
