Publication number: 20230359975Abstract: One example method includes determining, based on criteria, a sustainability query for a supplier, where the criteria include standards identified by a client, types of suppliers specified by the client, and a maturity level of the supplier, prompting the supplier to respond to the sustainability query, receiving supplier responses to the sustainability query, creating a compliance score for the supplier based on the supplier responses to the sustainability query, and providing the compliance score to the client. Part, or all, of the method may be performed, for example, by an automated ESG mapping platform.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 8, 2022Publication date: November 9, 2023Inventors: Taylor Allis, Indy Chakrabarti, Danny Shields, Nathan Bangerter, Jeffrey Chien, Juan Delgado, Daniel Patrick Jenkins, John Daniel Walker, Aric Liesenfelt, Ryan Walsh

Patent number: 8882286Abstract: A relationship status bracelet includes a housing, a circumferential band, and a relationship indicating electronic circuit. The housing provides an enclosure having a circumferential sidewall, a top surface, and an opposing bottom surface. The relationship indicating electronic circuit includes a microprocessor comprising programming to operate in accordance with the desired functionality, a portable power source, at least one light emitting device enabling illumination of the device in a sequence of at least two colors to convey a meaning to others. The user can advance through the sequence of established colors by cycling engagement between a magnet and a magnetic switch. The magnetic switch toggles an electrical circuit signaling the electronic circuit assembly to advance through the sequence of established colors until a desired color is activated. The last step of the sequence would terminate operation of the relationship status bracelet.Type: GrantFiled: December 6, 2012Date of Patent: November 11, 2014Inventor: Jose Juan Delgado Antunez

Patent number: 7779984Abstract: An arrangement for extracting extraction products in caving in which the extraction product is extracted downwards through an extraction funnel into an extraction path and from this is transferred onto an extraction conveyor arranged in a conveyor path, in which arrangement the extraction path extends transversely between the conveyor path and an auxiliary path parallel to this, a loading ramp is arranged in the extraction path which forms a ramp surface orientated transversely to the conveying direction of the extraction conveyor and inclined towards it. The extraction path is provided with a rail guidance attached to the bottom and extending in the area between the auxiliary path and the conveying path, on which the loading ramp is guided and along which it can be moved by a displacement drive (20) in the direction of the conveyor path and in the opposite direction.Type: GrantFiled: August 24, 2006Date of Patent: August 24, 2010Assignees: Bucyrus DBT Europe GmbH, Corporacion Nacional Del Cobre De Chile (Codelco)Inventors: Harry Martin, Juan Delgado, Victor Raúl Encina Montenegro, Pablo Antonio Letelier Parga, Jaime Hernán Carreño Valdés, Fernando Arturo Geister Bühlmann, Detlef Hahn, Jens Steinberg, Hans Peter Lanz, Frank Herrmann, Hans Tümpner, Reinhold Brüggemann, Ulrich Pasehedus, legal representative

Patent number: 7637969Abstract: Procedure to generate biodiesel fuels with improved properties at low temperature by the transesterification of triglycerides with alcohols such as methanol or ethanol, optionally in the presence of methyl or ethyl acetates of fatty acids and an inert solvent, to produce methyl or ethyl esters of fatty acids, glycerine and, where appropriate, glycerine triacetate, followed by the separation of crude glycerine that is reacted with aldehydes, ketones and/or acetic acid or methyl or ethyl acetates to produce acetals, glycerine cetals and/or glycerine acetates. The acetals, glycerine cetals and/or glycerine acetates are mixed with methyl or ethyl esters of fatty acids in concentrations of approximately 0.5-20% by weight to obtain a biodiesel with improved properties at low temperatures.Type: GrantFiled: December 23, 2002Date of Patent: December 29, 2009Assignee: Industrial Management S.A.Inventor: Juan Delgado Puche

Publication number: 20090255783Abstract: In the arrangement in accordance with the invention for extracting extraction products in caving in which the extraction product is extracted downwards through an extraction funnel (10) into an extraction path (11) and from this is transferred onto an extraction conveyor arranged in a conveyor path, in which arrangement the extraction path extends transversely between the conveyor path (13) and an auxiliary path (12) parallel to this, a loading ramp (16) is arranged in the extraction path (11) which essentially forms a ramp surface orientated transversely to the conveying direction of the extraction conveyor and inclined towards it.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 24, 2006Publication date: October 15, 2009Inventors: Harry Martin, Juan Delgado, Victor Raul Encina Montenegro, Pablo Antonio Letelier Parga, Jaime Hernan Carreno Valdes, Fernando Arturo Geister Buhlmann, Detlef Hahn, Jens Steinberg, Hans Peter Lanz, Frank Herrmann, Hans Tumpner, Reinhold Brüggemann, Ulrich Pasehedus

Patent number: 7350874Abstract: In the method according to the invention and the arrangement or according to the invention for extracting extraction products in underground mining operations using the caving method, the extraction products (20) collapsing in an upper gate area (10) are extracted via at least one extraction funnel (13) or the like into an extraction path (14) driven below the gate and are transported away therein by means of an extraction conveyor (15). According to the invention the extraction funnels (13) are arranged laterally beside the extraction conveyor (15) and lead at their lower end into a ramp surface (17) inclined towards the extraction conveyor, the extraction products extracted from the gate through the extraction funnels being transported slidingly over the inclined ramp surface to the extraction conveyor.Type: GrantFiled: June 18, 2004Date of Patent: April 1, 2008Assignees: DBT GmbH, CodelcoInventors: Reinhold Brüggemann, Detlef Hahn, Frank Fischer, Jochen Hammel, Jörg Wirtz, Norbert Katthöfer, Frank Herrmann, Hans Tümpner, Harry Martin, Juan Delgado, Victor Raul Encina Montenegro, Pablo Antonio Letelier Parga, Jaime Hernan Carreno Valdés, Fernando Arturo Geister Bühlmann

Publication number: 20070295060Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for inspecting ampoule packages for the presence of leaks. The systems and methods may be part of a manufacturing line for ampoule packages, particularly flexible ampoule cards that contain sterile pharmaceutical solutions. The solution-containing packages are compressed in an amount sufficient to cause leaking of solution from a pre-existing tear or perforation in an ampoule. The amount of compression applied is less than that required to cause significant package damage such as bursting. The packages are compressed using surfaces of sensing grids which are effective in detecting presence of a liquid outside the package during the compression. By using the conductive properties of the solution, sensing grids and appropriate circuitry can be used to signal or cause an alarm in the event a package has been determined to contain a leak.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 8, 2007Publication date: December 27, 2007Inventors: Juan Delgado, Lorens Slokovic

Publication number: 20070195166Abstract: A system and method are provided for inspecting and verifying ampoule cards for the presence of composition or solution. An electronic circuit is added to a deflashing assembly which is used to compare the amount of light guided by liquid to that guided by air, and prevents deflashing of an ampoule card containing one or more empty ampoules. The system is structured to be nearly fully automated but preferably includes various human machine interface components for enabling viewing and monitoring of various system processes.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 23, 2006Publication date: August 23, 2007Applicant: Allergan, Inc.Inventors: Juan Delgado, Lorens Slokovic
