  • Patent number: 11952170
Abstract: The present invention relates to a container with an inner decorative figure and its manufacturing method. The container has a container body having a top cover. The top cover has an outlet neck projecting from the central portion to engage a cap; and, a geometric or amorphous through-peripheral wall in the lower part of the container body. The through-peripheral wall has an external peripheral wall and an internal peripheral wall. The external peripheral wall has as a threaded section. A figure includes an upper section with the desired figure and a lower section. The lower section has a stop section to delimit the entrance of the figure towards the inside of the container; and, a lower cap that is coupled to the lower part of the container body to retain and maintain fixed the position of the lower section of the decorative figure.

  • Patent number: 11937625
Abstract: The invention relates to a nutraceutical formulation of blueberry extract, fish oil (omega-3 and omega-6), recombinant human lactoferrin, vitamin A and vitamin E, for human oral consumption. The invention belongs to the field of ophthalmology and has been developed as a coadjuvant for preserving the health of the precorneal film and of the eye surface. This formulation contains an extract of natural origin (Vaccinium myrtillus L) with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties; it also uses eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), omega-6, and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), omega-3, obtained from fish oil and which, together with lactoferrin, vitamin A and vitamin E, improves tear quality, since these compounds have anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory effects. This formulation has been designed as a coadjuvant for preserving the health of the precorneal film.

  • Publication number: 20240083320
Abstract: A table assembly for a vehicle includes a first mounting bracket attachable on a first fixed vehicle component and a table body. The table body has a plurality of rigid segments joined together by a corresponding plurality of flexible joints. A first one of the flexible joints extends in a first direction and at least another of the flexible joints extends in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The table body is configured to be removably coupled with the first mounting bracket such that the first mounting bracket supports the table body in a generally horizontal position with the table body in a first configuration folded along the first flexible joint such that the at least another of the flexible joints is positioned to extend along one of the plurality of rigid segments.

  • Patent number: 11882855
Abstract: A reduced calorie nutrient enriched food product is produced by converting sucrose to monosaccharides and by selectively separating high molecular weight nutrients and sucrose in a food product such as a juice. The sucrose may be converted to non-digestible oligosaccharides. The process may also include separating a feed juice into a solids-rich fraction and a clarified juice fraction; treating the clarified juice fraction to form a high molecular weight-rich and oligosaccharide-rich fraction that can be combined with the solids-rich fraction to form a reduced calorie nutrient enriched liquid.

  • Publication number: 20210189822
Abstract: A wellhead assembly with an external test port for testing a primary seal at an interface of a wellhead and a base. The assembly includes unique architecture with a secondary seal provided adjacent the primary. In this manner, testing of the primary seal from an external location may proceed without concern over a false indication of primary seal failure. That is, for circumstances where a more interior side of the seal fails under pressure testing even though an outer face of the seal might remain in sealing engagement, the secondary seal would ensure that the outer sealing engagement is detected. As a result, a practical manner of testing the wellhead seal from an external location without the need of plugging the wellbore is provided.

  • Patent number: 10719903
Abstract: Methods for dynamically executing computer code across multiple disparate processing unit architectures are disclosed. During execution of a first portion of computer code on a first processing unit, it is determined that a first dynamic hardware behavior of a plurality of dynamic hardware behaviors will occur at a subsequent point in time, based on a second dynamic hardware behavior that is occurring. The methods include determining to execute code corresponding to the first dynamic hardware behavior on a second processing unit, rather than the first processing unit, and scheduling computer program code corresponding to the first dynamic hardware behavior to execute on the second processing unit rather than the first processing unit. Upon completion of execution of the computer code corresponding to the first dynamic hardware behavior, a remaining portion of the computer code is scheduled to execute on the first processing unit.

  • Patent number: 10540737
Abstract: Methods for estimating accelerator performance for dynamic hardware behaviors are disclosed. Computer program code to be executed on a first processing unit is received, and an execution of the computer code on the first processing unit is monitored to determine a plurality of performance characteristics. A plurality of dynamic hardware behaviors is determined by applying a clustering algorithm to the performance characteristics, and an equivalent accelerator portion of computer code to be executed on a second processing unit is generated by translating a set of instructions in a first portion of computer code corresponding to a first one of the plurality of dynamic hardware behaviors to an equivalent set of instructions to be executed on the second processing unit. An estimated measure of performance for executing the equivalent accelerator portion on the second processing unit is determined for the first one of the plurality of dynamic hardware behaviors.

  • Patent number: 10370157
Abstract: The invention relates to a self-extracting stopper which can be accommodated inside the neck of the bottle, and which does not require a corkscrew or any other tool for the extraction thereof, formed by an assembly of parts preferably made of a plastic material and which, once assembled, permit a bottle or container to be stoppered. The face of the drum (8) and the surface of revolution of the flexible cylinder (4) can also carry marks that are engraved or in shallow relief. In this way, the assembly of the self-extracting stopper is formed by six elements and a cork cover (1), a nut (2), a flexible cylinder (5), a drum (8), a screw (12) and a wing nut (15), all of which are disposed and assembled according to their axial geometry, and which permit a method and process to be provided whereby bottles and/or containers can be stoppered or opened manually or automatically, and said self-extracting stopper being reusable.

  • Patent number: 10259618
Abstract: Closing system for bottles and small bottles and method for the use thereof for the opening of said bottles integrated by a single piece with three differentiated parts, two of them, inner threaded hole and screw (7), made of rigid material and joined by a pre-cut line, used as a base on which an elastic part (10) is overpressed. This elastic part (10) has some perimeter grooves (18) that, when fastening the screw (11) in the inner threaded hole (4) of the neck (3), presses the elastic part (10) and secures it against the walls of the bottleneck (3). The bottle can be opened by just lifting the covering half fins (9) and turning them in the opposite direction to the thread, so the elastic part (10) is decompressed and can be easily removed, leaving the bottle opened. All materials are food grade materials.

  • Publication number: 20180327792
Abstract: A method and composition can provide fermented plant-origin material. The method can comprise several steps. A first step comprises hydrolyzing a plant-origin material to provide a hydrolyzed plant-origin material. A second step comprises providing a fermentation starter material comprising the hydrolyzed plant-origin material. A third step comprises fermenting the fermentation starter material to provide a fermented plant-origin material. Various compositions comprising a fermented plant-origin material are possible. In some embodiments, the fermented plant-origin material comprises a fermentation product produced by fermenting fermentation starter material, and the fermentation starter material comprises hydrolyzed plant-origin material. Even when the plant-origin material is hydrolyzed or hydrolyzed and fermented, certain desirable properties of the plant-origin material, for example, health benefits, nutrients, whole grain status, fiber content, or beta-glucan content, can be maintained.
