Abstract: Various embodiments relate generally to data science and data analysis, computer software and systems, and control systems to provide an interface, and, more specifically, to a computing and data storage platform that implements specialized logic to facilitate adaptive scheduling automatically to optimally distribute items, such as shipping an item in accordance with an adapted frequency for a subscription. In some examples, a method may include identifying item characteristics associated with an item, determining a frequency based on at least an item characteristic in association with a subset of subscriber accounts, generating data representing a frequency and a subset of the item characteristics to integrate with a web page generated for a merchant computing system, and transmitting the formatted data to a user interface to display a display portion based on the formatted data as an integrated portion of an integrated web page including the web page.

In some examples, a method may include receiving sensor data representing usage of a device configured to process a consumable, characterizing the usage to form a characterized value, correlating data representing a unit of the consumable processed via the device to a characterized value of the usage, adjusting an amount representing an inventory of the consumable, detecting an amount of the inventory of the consumable is associated with one or more ranges of threshold values, and generating data representing a request to replenish the inventory of the consumable.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for providing information to a device when the device is within the perimeter fence of an asset, such as a police car. In embodiments, a system determines the size and shape of the perimeter fence of the asset, and the system determines whether the device is within the perimeter fence based upon location information received from the device. The size and shape of the perimeter fence may be calculated based in part on the speed of the asset, the direction of the asset, the asset's route, etc. User interfaces for displaying notifications to a device when the device is within the perimeter fence are also disclosed.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for providing event notification to navigational applications and devices. An event notification system determines whether to send application information to a navigation application or device based upon the proximity of the device to the event. In other embodiments, the event notification system sends all event information to the device and the device determines whether or not to display the information based upon the proximity of the event to the device. User interfaces for displaying event information to a user are also disclosed. Finally, system and methods are disclosed for providing disaster related information to service providers who, in turn, send the disaster information to users of personal navigation devices. For example, information provided may include evacuation routes, shelter locations, disaster recovery centers, hospitals, points of distribution, economic recovery locations, etc.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for providing event notification to navigational applications. More specifically, the disclosed systems and methods provide emergency and non-emergency event information to users such that the event information is displayed to the user of a navigation application. For example, the location of an emergency event, such as a car accident or a fire is displayed on a personal navigation device. Furthermore, the real-time location of emergency vehicles responding to the event can be displayed on the navigation application. This provides additional information to drivers to help avoid traffic situations and clear the route for emergency vehicles. The disclosed systems and methods may also be employed to provide non-emergency information to users, such as parade or marathon information and routes, snow routes, evacuation routes, and traffic signal outages.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of sorting plant products based on damage to the plant products is disclosed. A beam emitter emits an illumination light toward the outer surface of a plant product. A beam detector detects substantially a single wavelength of a reflected light produced by the plant product responsive to the illumination light. A control unit determines at least one of a presence, an amount, and a severity of damage responsive to the reflected light. The control unit assigns a damage category to the plant product responsive to the determination of damage.

Abstract: The system is comprised of three sub-systems. The first sub-system has an actuation lever (P) which can rotate about an axis (E1) to displace excentrically the Second Sub-system with respect to the Third by a predetermined angle circumferentially about a toothed wheel (R1), a toothed fluted wheel (R2) or fluted cross or cross with sliding torkes, and gear carrying shafts passing therethrough. The grooved wheel (R2) rotates a fixed transmission relationship with respect to the rotation of the input shaft. The second sub-system transforms and divides the input power for the primary shaft into powers which are transmitted to various secondary shafts (E3, E4) characterized by oscillating angular speeds and torkes. The third sub-system composes the powers transmitted by the secondary shafts by means of a epicyclic train (T1) into an output power. The resulting output motion is proportional to the eccentricity angle of the first sub-system with respect to the third sub-system.
