  • Patent number: 8045337
Abstract: A lock for a housing may have a protrusion, an opening, a receptacle, and a ramp. The protrusion is formed in a first side wall of a first member of the housing, and the opening is defined in the first side wall. The receptacle extends from a second side wall of a second member of the housing, and is in some ways complementary in shape and in dimensions to the protrusion. The ramp is formed in the second side wall. When the first member and the second member are assembled, the protrusion and the receptacle are mated to form a water-tight seal therebetween, while the ramp is received within the opening.

  • Publication number: 20100127817
Abstract: A fuse assembly comprises a plurality of fuses and a fuse holder that has a plurality of passages extending through the fuse holder. A fuse chamber at one end of each passage receives one of the fuses. A terminal cavity at an opposite end of each passage communicates with the fuse chamber for plugging a terminal into the terminal chamber from an opposite end of the fuse holder. Each of the fuses has a fuse body and a terminal blade portion at each side of the fuse body. The terminal blade portion at one side of the fuse body has an exposed lower tip adjacent the terminal cavity for electrical connection to a terminal inserted into the terminal cavity, and the terminal blade portion at an opposite side of the fuse body has an exposed upper tip for electrical connection to a terminal inserted into the fuse chamber.

  • Publication number: 20100018757
Abstract: A printed circuit board assembly comprises a printed circuit board and a pass through terminal. The printed circuit board has a wavy slot extending through the printed circuit board that is clad with a conductive material. The wavy slot has part circular ends and a plurality of cusps along each side of the wavy slot that are formed by a plurality of successive drill cuts through a substrate of the printed circuit board. The pass through connector has a rectangular mounting portion that is disposed in the wavy slot with an interference fit so as to deform the part circular ends of the wavy slot at four locations and the cusps along each side of the wavy slot.
