The compounds may be used in the treatment of pathological conditions mediated by ?v?3 and ?v?5 integrins, including such conditions as tumor growth, metastasis, restenosis, osteoporosis, inflammation, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and rheumatoid arthritis.
