    Abstract: A method for simulating a particle transport may include recording transport paths of inputted particles and determining an uncertainty of each of lattice cells based on the transport paths of each batch of the inputted particles, a lattice cell being a qualified lattice cell if an uncertainty of the lattice cell does not exceed a first threshold; determining a standard-reaching rate of lattice cells in a region of interest (ROI), the ROI including at least one lattice cell, the standard-reaching rate of lattice cells in the ROI being equal to a ratio of the number of qualified lattice cells to a total number of lattice cells in the ROI; and if the standard-reaching rate of lattice cells in the ROI exceeds a second threshold, stopping inputting particles, and outputting the transport paths of the inputted particles.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a glass fiber sizing agent for a daylighting panel. The sizing agent includes effective components and water. The sizing agent has a solid content of 2-8%. Percentage of solid mass of each of the effective components in a solid mass of the sizing agent is as follows: a silane coupling agent: 3-15%; a film-forming agent: 68-93%; a lubricant: 0.5-10%; an antistatic agent: 1-12%; and a pH regulator: 0-5%. The present disclosure further relates to a preparation method of the glass fiber sizing agent for a daylighting panel and use of the sizing agent in fields of glass fibers and composite materials. Compared with the prior art, glass fiber products produced from the sizing agent of the present disclosure have a suitable stiffness and wet-out speed, and the sizing agent has an excellent refractive index, which is similar to that of matrix resin.

    Abstract: A single-step retrosynthesis method and system based on a multi-semantic network are provided. The method includes the following steps: inputting an ECFP4 feature and a SMILES word one-hot feature of a target product molecule during the single-step retrosynthesis prediction, and outputting the first k reactions which may occur on the target product molecule in a reaction template through the multi-semantic network. The SMILES string of a reactant corresponding to the target product molecule is calculated by applying the output reaction template into SMILES string of the target product molecule. The present disclosure is the first method for performing single-step retrosynthesis prediction by using a multi-semantic fusion network in the field of single-step retrosynthesis. It is a template-based single-step retrosynthesis method, and the prediction result has relatively high interpretability. The network learns fused semantic features, ECFP4 semantic features and SMILES word one-hot semantic features.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a bioretrosynthetic method and system based on an AND-OR tree and single-step reaction template prediction. The method decomposes generation of a retrosynthetic pathway of a target molecule into multiple steps of the single-step reaction template prediction when conducting retrosynthesis on the target molecule. During the single-step reaction template prediction, a substrate molecule of the reaction template predicted in a previous step is used as a product molecule of a current reaction template to be predicted. Molecular characteristics of the product molecule are subjected to custom calculation using a SMILES sequence of the product molecule as an input, to be compatible with various single-step reaction template prediction models. The reaction template is determined according to a prediction result of the model, and extended based on a structure of the AND-OR tree. As a result, a potential synthetic pathway is found for the target molecule.

    Abstract: Provided is a method and system for predicting tumor mutation burden (TMB) in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) based on nuclear scores and histopathological whole slide images (WSIs). The method includes the following steps: first, screening the histopathological WSIs of TNBC; calculating a TMB value of each patient according to gene mutation of each patient with TNBC, and dividing the TMB values into two groups with high and low TMB according to a set threshold; dividing the histopathological WSIs of TNBC into patches of a set size; screening a certain number of patches with high nuclear scores according to a nuclear score function; then building a convolutional neural network (CNN) classification model, and stochastically initializing parameters in the CNN classification model; and finally, putting the screened patches into the built CNN classification model for training, so as to automatically predict high or low TMB with the histopathological WSIs of TNBC.
