  • Patent number: 11051490
Abstract: The insect water supply system is configured to prevent the insects (such as crickets) from self-contaminating the water supplied to the insects' rearing enclosure. The system is designed so that the insects drink in an inverted (i.e. upside down) and elevated position—consequently the insects' feces fall downward toward the ground and away from their water source—and therefore do not contaminate the insects' water supply.

  • Patent number: 10764201
Abstract: A communication interface controller for multiplexing data packet streams from a plurality of data packets to generate an output stream for transmission from an endpoint. The data packet streams may be multiplexed according to a QoS associated with each data packet stream and at a rate equal to or greater than a medium transmission rate. For the case of a 1 Gbps transfer rate or 125 MBps, the data packet streams may be multiplexed at a rate equal to or greater than 1 MHz, thereby providing gapless scheduling and transmission of the data packet streams.

  • Patent number: 10237928
Abstract: An embodiment disclosed herein includes a monolithic graphite electrode. The electrode has a main body having a length of more than 3050 mm. Another embodiment disclosed herein includes an electrode column comprising a plurality of monolithic graphite electrodes. The column has a length of more than 3050 mm of electrode per joint. A further embodiment discussed herein is the practice of increasing the length of the electrode to minimize the occurrence of an electrode joint in the electrode column for a given length. This practice will improve efficiencies for both electrode manufacturers as well as electric arc furnace operators.
