Patent number: 11795466Abstract: The present invention provides a novel gene WMS conferring wheat male sterility, its anther-specific expression promoter, and uses of the same. In wheat, a well-known gene Ms2 causing dominant male sterility has been widely applied in recurrent selection in China. A RNA-seq approach was performed to reveal the anther-specific transcriptome in a pair of Ms2 isogenic lines, ‘Lumai 15’ and ‘Lumai 15+Ms2’. As a result, a WMS gene was identified showing anther-specific expression at the early stage of meiosis and only in wheat carrying the Ms2 gene. The regulation of WMS could alter plant male fertility. The promoter of WMS was found to comprise anther-specific activity. Thus, the present invention might be used to achieve anther-specific gene expression, to develop male sterility in various plant species, to establish recurrent selection in various plant species, and to assist hybrid seed production.Type: GrantFiled: September 21, 2021Date of Patent: October 24, 2023Assignee: SPRING VALLEY AGRISCIENCE CO., LTD.Inventors: Daolin Fu, Mincheng Luo, Juan Qi, Fei Ni, Bo Lv, Shuyun Wang

Patent number: 10223421Abstract: A framework for performing aggregation methods on hierarchical data objects is described herein. A data aggregation request is received, the request including a tree of nodes to aggregate, an aggregation method, and a filter criteria. A configuration table is used to identify previously generated aggregation hierarchies that correspond to the received request, and a mapping of attributes of the received nodes to attributes of the previously generated aggregation hierarchies. For each node in the tree of nodes, when a corresponding node in the previously generated aggregation hierarchy is identified, attribute values from the corresponding node are used to create a node in a target aggregation hierarchy. When a corresponding node does not exist, but corresponding child nodes do exist in the previously generated aggregation hierarchy, the aggregation method is applied to the corresponding child nodes and the result is used to create a node in the target aggregation hierarchy.Type: GrantFiled: December 30, 2015Date of Patent: March 5, 2019Assignee: SAP SEInventors: Huixin Xu, Yingyu Chen, Juan Qi

Patent number: 9819109Abstract: A plug terminal includes a main body, a contact portion, and a connecting portion. The contact portion is extending outwardly from the main body, so that the contact portion and the main body form a clamping structure. The contact portion includes a first spring arm and a second spring arm. An inner side of the first spring arm includes adjacent first and second contact protrusions. The second spring arm faces the first spring arm. An inner side of the second spring arm includes adjacent third and fourth contact protrusions. The third contact protrusion faces the first contact protrusion, and the fourth contact protrusion faces the second contact protrusion. Accordingly, when a plug connector is mated with a receptacle connector, the contact area between the connectors can be increased by the plural contact protrusions to guarantee the stability of the electrical contact between plug terminals and receptacle terminals.Type: GrantFiled: November 10, 2016Date of Patent: November 14, 2017Assignee: Advanced-Connectek Inc.Inventors: Shu-Lin Duan, Wei Wan, Xiao-Juan Qi
