  • Patent number: 11156007
Abstract: The instant invention provides a secure holding spacer unit to be used when assembling permanent stay-in-place formworks, also known as “permanent stay-in-place molds”, which are commonly used for the construction of concrete structures by putting together two boards or panels held together by a series of holding spacer units that are securely attached or hold to the surfaces of the cement panels by fastening means that pass through the width of the panels. The holding spacer units are selectively distributed within the internal cavity of the formwork and are attached to the panels, and are designed so that the panels remain permanently attached to the units of the spacers, to restrict the outward movement of said panels when pouring the concrete mix in the unit, which results in a permanent formwork with smooth exterior surfaces.

  • Patent number: 11104550
Abstract: An elevator car (6) defining an interior space (12) for accommodating passengers comprises a support frame (22) positioned on a top side of the interior space (12); a support structure (30) pivotably mounted to the support frame (22); and a working platform (28) pivotably mounted to the support structure (30). The support structure (30) is pivotable with respect to the support frame (22) and the working platform (28) is pivotable with respect to the support structure (30) between a retracted position, in which the working platform (28) and the support structure (30) are oriented close to the support frame (22), and a deployed position, in which the support structure (30) extends away from the support frame (22) towards the interior space (12) and the working platform (28) extends away from the support structure (30).

  • Patent number: 11008196
Abstract: A blocking device (2) for blocking access to an door unlocking device (118) of an elevator system (102) comprises: an outer element (4), which is introducible into an access opening (30) providing access to the door unlocking device (118); and an inner element (6), which is introducible into the outer element (4). The inner element (6) is configured for bringing the blocking device (2) into a fixing configuration, in which the outer element (4) is fixedly engaged with the access opening (30), by introducing the inner element (6) into the outer element (4).
