  • Publication number: 20180294550
Abstract: The present invention discloses an antenna element preferably for a base station antenna. The antenna element comprises: a support structure being a single part and comprising a foot, a top and a wall connecting the foot to the top, the wall surrounding a hollow area; a first metallization arranged on a first surface area of the support structure, the first metallization forming at least a first radiating element extending along the wall from the foot to the top; and a second metallization arranged on a second surface area of the support structure, the second metallization forming at least a first feeding circuit for the first radiating element.

  • Publication number: 20180261929
Abstract: The present disclosure refers to a radiating element comprising a support structure, a first dipole arranged on the support structure, and at least one electrically closed ring arranged on the support structure. The at least one electrically closed ring surrounds the first dipole and is galvanically isolated from the first dipole, and a resonance frequency of the first dipole is higher than a center frequency of an operational bandwidth of the radiating element.

  • Publication number: 20140055211
Abstract: Linear stripline phase shifter which has a base (13) and a cover (20) that form a closed assembly and the phase shifter has inputs (A1) and (A2) and outputs (B), (C), (F) and (E), having in the interior of the assembly formed by the base and cover two fixed circuits (1) and a mobile circuit (9) which is displaced linearly, and where both circuits are formed by sections of stripline line, where the connection between the line sections of the fixed and mobile circuits is by capacitive coupling, and where the distance of the line sections of the fixed circuits to the ground plane formed by the base of the phase shifter is different. A greater bandwidth is achieved, a compact design and savings made in the number of welds to be carried out, and it is not necessary to use impedance transformers that limit bandwidth.
