    Abstract: The present application relates to the field of cell immunity, and discloses an interacting protein screening platform for preparing a cell membrane. A cell membrane protein and a membrane protein encoding gene to be tested are respectively expressed in different cells; after staining, cells expressing different membrane proteins and cells expressing target proteins are co-incubated; and then interacting membrane proteins are obtained by screening, and specific sequences thereof are determined by sequencing. The screening platform provided in the present application can screen a variety of cell membrane proteins and membrane protein-based engineering cells, and has strong specificity, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of screening interacting proteins and reducing the difficulty, providing a simple and convenient tool for studying the mechanism of action of cell membrane proteins, and improving the screening throughput.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for constructing a sequencing library based on a DNA sample and use. The method includes: digesting the DNA sample with endonuclease to obtain a DNA sample with single-strand nicks; polymerizing the DNA sample with the single-strand nicks by using polymerase, dATP, dTTP, dGTP, and methylated dCTP to obtain a hybrid DNA, the hybrid DNA including two reversely complementary strands, where a 5?-end of each strand is an original sequence of the DNA sample, a 3?-end of each strand is a synthetic sequence, and all bases C in the 3?-end of each strand are methylated; subjecting the hybrid DNA to bisulfite treatment or other treatment to obtain converted hybrid DNA; and amplifying the converted hybrid DNA to obtain the sequencing library. Thus, the method can be used for whole genome bisulfite sequencing or multiplex PCR targeted sequencing and probe capture sequencing.

The catalyst is composed of framework material, TiO2, V2O5 and WO3, wherein the framework material is composed of clay, coal ash, mineral waste residue or their mixture. The mass fractions for framework material, TiO2, V2O5, and WO3 are 60 wt. % to 80 wt. %, 13 wt. % to 33 wt. %, 1 wt. % to 5 wt. %, and 0.1 wt. % to 2 wt. %, respectively. The nano V2O5—WO3—TiO2 particles were deposited on the surface of particle pore or honeycomb, and the performance of the catalyst could be greatly improved.

    Abstract: A process for preparing various morphology NTE compound ZrW0.5Mo1.5O8 comprising: preparing 0.4M Zr4+ solution, 0.2M W6+ solution and 0.6M Mo6+ solution with zirconyl nitrate, ammonium tungstate and ammo-nium molybdate separately, mixing them with the same volume and stirring until they are mixed well, adding 6-12M hydrochloric acid with the volume of 1/5-1/7 of the mixed solution, or adding 6-12M hydrochloric acid with the volume of 1/3-1/5 of the mixed solution and 0.2-0.4 wt % ammonium monoacid phosphate of all raw materials, or adding 9-18M sulfuric acid with the volume of 1/10-1/5 of the mixed solution, well mixing, transferring the mixed solution into the hydrothermal reactor, reacting at 150-180° C. for 8-25 hours, washing, drying and getting the precursor, heating the precursor at 480-500° C. for more than 5 hours and obtaining the product is provided.
