Abstract: A method, an apparatus and a device for suppressing a first HVDC commutation failure under an AC system fault are provided. The method includes: obtaining a three-phase voltage of a converter bus, and calculating a zero-sequence component amplitude and an ?? component amplitude; calculating a first trigger-angle command for a single-phase fault and a second trigger-angle command for a three-phase fault; selecting a smaller one of the first trigger angle command and the second trigger angle command as a trigger-angle command for an extinction-angle controller; and adjusting a trigger angle of the HVDC transmission system by using the trigger-angle command as an upper limit value for an output of the extinction-angle controller of the HVDC transmission system.

Abstract: The present application provides a compound of general formula (I), capable of being used for an organic electroluminescent device as a guest material of a light-emitting layer. The compound contains a structure in which a natural heterocyclic ring coordinates with iridium (Ir), and a light-emitting wavelength of the compound can be effectively regulated. Using the compound as the guest material of the light-emitting layer facilitates the improvement of luminous efficiency and light stability of the organic electroluminescent device. In addition, the compound provided by the present application has a small molecular weight, is applied to a light-emitting layer, has a low evaporation temperature, and facilitates processing. The present application also provides a guest material of a light-emitting layer containing the compound of general formula (I), an organic electroluminescent device, and a display device.

Abstract: Provided are amino acid sequences of engineered transaminase polynucleotide that are useful for asymmetrically synthesizing chiral amine compounds, and its preparation process and reaction process under industrial-relevant conditions. Also provided are polynucleotide sequences encoding engineered transaminase polypeptides, engineered host cells capable of expressing engineered transaminase polypeptides, and methods of producing chiral amine compounds using engineered transaminase polypeptides. Compared to other enzymes, the engineered transaminase polypeptides provided by this invention have better catalytic activity and stability, and are not inhibited by chiral amine products in the synthesis process. The use of the engineered polypeptides of the present invention for the preparation of chiral amine compound results in higher unit activity, and has good industrial application prospects.

Abstract: Provided is a tetanus toxin protein variant, the tetanus toxin protein variant comprising a C fragment of the tetanus toxin protein and a partial fragment of a translocation region of the tetanus toxin protein. Further provided is a proteoglycan conjugate, the proteoglycan conjugate comprising a polysaccharide from Streptococcus pneumoniae and a truncated tetanus toxin protein. Also provided is a method for improving immunogenicity, the method comprising the following steps: providing a proteoglycan conjugate comprising a polysaccharide from Streptococcus pneumoniae and a truncated tetanus toxin protein.

The voltage source converter based DC deicer includes a connecting reactor, a modular multilevel voltage source converter based on a full H-bridge submodule, smoothing reactors, deicing disconnectors, a deicing bus, and a deicing AC line. The AC side of the modular multilevel voltage source converter is connected to an AC side bus through the connecting reactor, an isolation disconnector and a breaker. The DC side of the modular multilevel voltage source converter is connected to the deicing AC line through the smoothing reactors, the deicing disconnectors, and the deicing bus.
