Abstract: Display panels and display devices are provided. In the display panel, a first line width is less than a difference between a second linear distance and an alignment deviation, and a first linear distance is less than a difference between a second line width and the alignment deviation, so that when lateral wirings deviate, there is at least one lateral wiring for connecting the first wiring and the second wiring corresponding arranged, thus the display panel can works normally, thereby improving a yield rate of the display panel.

Abstract: A display panel, a tiled display panel and a manufacturing method of display panel are provided. The display panel includes a substrate; a light-shielding layer disposed on the substrate and provided with a plurality of through-holes; a transparent insulation layer including transparent portions arranged in the through-holes respectively; a light-emitting layer disposed on the transparent insulation layer, wherein the light-emitting layer includes a plurality of light-emitting diode (LED) chips are disposed to the plurality of through-holes in a one-to-one correspondence, and a light-emitting surface the LED chip faces to the transparent portion; a device array layer disposed on the light-shielding layer and including a driver and a plurality of metal wirings used to connect the LED chips with the driver; and a sealing layer disposed on the substrate and encapsulating the light-shielding layer, the transparent insulation layer, the light-emitting layer, and the device array layer.

The flexible tape includes a flexible base and metal traces. At least some traces connect the terminals. A maximum line width of the traces is a first line width. A maximum line distance between two adjacent ones of the traces is a first line distance. A minimum line width of the first terminal is a second line width. A minimum line distance of the first terminal is a second line distance. An alignment deviation exists for the first and second terminals. The first line width is less than a difference between the second line distance and the alignment deviation, the first line distance is less than a difference between the second line width and the alignment deviation.

The first TFT includes a first channel and a first semiconductor layer. The first channel includes two or more subchannels. The first semiconductor layer includes two or more semiconductor sublayers. Each of the semiconductor sublayers is disposed in a corresponding subchannel.
