  • Patent number: 11018536
Abstract: An electromagnetic rotating motor system that comprise of a grooved wheel with one or more permanent magnets tangentially embedded in a horse-shoe pattern within the groove around the wheel rim with similar poles pointing in the same direction and wherein induction coils or electromagnets are positioned to fit tangentially between the permanent magnet(s) in the groove with the pole axis of the electromagnet parallel to that of the permanent magnets and with the coiling and powering made such that it generates magnetic poles that are similarly aligned to the poles of the permanent magnets such that when current is passed through the coil, the poles of the electromagnet and the permanent magnet repel each other forcing the wheel holding the magnets to rotate away from the coil.

  • Patent number: 7854032
Abstract: A portable ramp for motor vehicles molded from co-polymer where the ramp has a longitudinal spine extending through a grid, has a sloped portion and a horizontal upper portion to support a wheel of a vehicle. The wheel is in direct contact with the grid and the grid is open from top to bottom between the spine and the side walls. The spine has an arc-shaped cross-section.

  • Publication number: 20090057435
Abstract: The invention provides a rail clip for a retaining device comprising a shoulder member for bearing on a lateral side of a rail flange, and providing a downwardly facing abutment surface. The clip is driven into the hole on the plate and reacts against the top of the base of the rail while the heel (ā€œUā€ section) of the clip reacts against the plate. The attributes of the clip are as follows. The clip can be installed with the toe on the rail from right to left or from left to right making the clip completely reversible. The clip can also be installed with the heel on the rail. The clip has higher toe load than clips of comparable weight. The clip has a low profile for tight spots where overhead clearance is limited such as at rail joint where joint/splice bars are used.
