Abstract: A method of accessing data from disparate data sources at a data access layer, the method comprising: receiving a request to ingest raw data from a plurality of systems of record; ingesting raw data from the plurality of systems of record based on the received request to ingest raw data; mapping the ingested raw data to a plurality of unpopulated enterprise object models to standardize the ingested raw data and to populate the enterprise object models; storing the standardized data and the plurality of populated enterprise object models; and providing the plurality of populated enterprise object models to the data access layer for accessing the standardized data.

Abstract: A method of generating an annual product quality review report includes defining at least one author for generating the report; selecting a chapter for inclusion in the report, wherein the chapter is associated with one or more predefined data requirements which predefined data requirements may be presented to the author for inclusion in the report; defining at least one system of record from a plurality of systems of record as a source of raw data for providing data to the one or more predefined data requirements. The at least one system of record provides raw data to the predefined data requirements through a tech fabric that causes the raw data to populate one or more enterprise object models to standardize the raw data.

The method involves: (i) decrementing relative value units (RVUs) from a data services customer's pre-paid account corresponding to the erroneous use of the data services made by the data services customer; (ii) receiving, from the data services customer, a request for a return of the RVUs decremented at the decrementing step; and (iii) returning the RVUs on condition that the request has been determined to be appropriate. At least the returning step is performed automatically under the control of software provided by the data services providing entity and substantially without human intervention by any human representatives of the data services providing entity.

An example method comprises receiving, over an electronic network, a first communication from a manufacturer associated with a process. The process is associated with the manufacturer and a supplier. The method further comprises advancing a standard workflow to a new step associated with that standard workflow, in response to receiving the first communication. The method further comprises determining whether the first party uses a custom workflow, and if so, determining an equivalent step on the custom workflow that corresponds to the new step on the standard workflow. The method further comprises sending a second communication to the first party, comprising information associated with the step of advancing and at least one of the new step on the standard workflow or the equivalent step on the custom workflow. Systems and computer-readable media are also provided for implementing similar methods.
