Abstract: A dry masonry render mixture comprising, in concentrations which can be varied to achieve different finishes, Portland cement, river sand, graded stones, plasterers lime, the ingredients being mixed in the presence of lightweight filaments and silica-based catalyst. The dry render masonry mixture is mixed with a liquid solution of water and a latex polymer of various concentrations to form a slurry. The invention includes several methods of application of varying concentrations of the slurry to obtain different textured finishes.
