Abstract: Illuminators illuminate tombstones. Human beings frequently desire to remember and show respect for their departed loved ones through the use of vigil lights. Illuminators are solar powered, thereby eliminating the need for an electrical outlet near the grave site and ensuring that the tombstone will always be illuminated at night. An alignment adjuster and lens are provided so that the emitted light is focused on the desired location. A rod with a pointed end is included to secure the illuminator in place on the ground.
