  • Patent number: 11607927
Abstract: A computer includes a processor and a memory, the memory storing instructions executable by the processor to collect (a) ambient weather data, (b) vehicle speed data including at least one of a vehicle speed or an engine speed, and (c) operation data of a climate control subsystem of a vehicle, input the collected data to a regression program trained to output a predicted pressure of refrigerant of the climate control subsystem, the regression program trained with previously determined ambient weather data, data of a previous vehicle speed or a previous engine speed, and previous operation data of the climate control subsystem, determine an actual pressure of the refrigerant in the climate control subsystem, and actuate a component upon determining that a difference between the predicted pressure and the actual pressure falls below threshold.

  • Patent number: 11565693
Abstract: Systems and methods for distracted driving detection are described. A method includes receiving proximate vehicle data about a proximate vehicle proximate to the host vehicle. The method also includes estimating one or more baselines for a predetermined future time for the proximate vehicle from the proximate vehicle data. The method further includes comparing current kinematic data of the proximate vehicle data for the predetermined future time to the one or more baselines. The method includes generating distraction flags associated with the proximate vehicle based on the comparison. The method also includes controlling one or more vehicle systems of the host vehicle based on the generated distraction flags.

  • Publication number: 20070283912
Abstract: A shaft mounting device for an internal combustion engine includes a bearing body having a mounting base for engaging an engine structure, and a semi-circular bore which is serviced by a lubricant distribution channel. An integral flow regulator, which is formed in place as a partial hydraulic obstruction, is located within the lubricant distribution channel. Because the flow restriction is integral, a separately machined flow restrictor is eliminated.
