    Abstract: An anti-leak flanged joint structure with a detection and early warning function is disclosed along with a pipe joint leakage prevention device using the same. The anti-leak flanged joint structure includes a first and a second flange plate, a gasket, and a leakage sensor. The first flange plate includes a first fixing plate with a cavity. The gasket lies in the cavity without jutting out. The second flange plate includes a second fixing plate with a peripheral recessed portion. The second fixing plate lies in and closes the cavity, forming a receiving space between the recessed portion and the wall of the cavity. Any working fluid leaking at the joint between the flange plates will be stored in the receiving space against evaporation into the air and sensed by the leakage sensor, which either alerts the maintenance personnel or signals a processor to turn off the associated motor.

    Abstract: A battery solution vessel structure is provided which consists of several linked bottles. Each bottle has a mouth portion on its top. Below the mouth, a bottleneck provides a connection to bottle body. The bottleneck has an internal surface with an inverted conical contour that is sealed by a cylindrical elastic gland cover, made of a foam material. The diameter of the gland cover is slightly larger than the bottleneck smallest internal diameter for providing a tight seal.

    Abstract: An adapter funnel for an electrolyte feeder of a battery includes a plurality of adjacent connected chambers, each of which has an upper tube having an acute head at the top thereof and a lower tube fixed therein. The lower tube having a diameter less than that of the upper tube thus limiting the rate of flow of the electrolyte from the electrolyte feeder through the upper tube, the lower tube, and to the battery.

    Abstract: A battery assembly has a battery case and a battery acid container, wherein the battery case has a number of sockets on an upper central part thereof and the battery acid container has a number of adjacent vessels. Each socket has a central post with crossed bridge linked therebetween to form apertures that surround the central post. Each vessel has a neck with a hat-like plug for inserting into the opening of the neck and an air vent between every two adjacent vessels. The hat-like plug has a weak portion which is easily torn apart upon insertion in the socket to fill battery acid therethrough and a reinforced portion for retaining the torn part affixed to the plug. A cover has a number of annular plugs to seal the sockets.
