Abstract: A rack mount includes a roof mount and a suspending frame. The roof mount has a slot therein and the suspending frame is pivotally connected to one side of the slot, such that the suspending frame is operative to rotate between 0° and 180° with respect to the mount roof. The suspending frame has a receiving space for mounting a flat panel display therein. A mirror surface or display surface is attached to a bottom surface of the suspending frame. The rack mount further has an illumination device installed on the roof mount or the suspending frame, and a switch accessible to the user for controlling on/off status of the illumination device. Alternatively, the illumination device can be activated by the orientation of the suspending frame with respect to the roof mount.

Abstract: A rack-mount structure has a roof mount fitted to the roof, the roof mount includes a slot therein, a suspending frame pivotally connected to one side of the slot, and a latching mechanism for releasably securing the flat panel display to the suspending frame. The suspending frame has a receiving space for receiving a flat panel display therein. A pair of latching members is formed on the roof mount and the suspending frame to lock the suspending frame within the slot. A release button controlling the engagement between the latching members can also be formed on the roof mount or the suspending frame. One side of the receiving space of the suspending frame is covered with a mirror plate or a glass plate.

Abstract: An LCD and speaker arrangement includes a LCD having two speaker mounting structures at one side, each speaker mounting structure having electric contacts extended from the circuit board of the LCD and an insertion hole, and a speaker, the speaker having two metal mounting plates that are insertable into the insertion holes of the speaker mounting structures to fasten the speaker to the LCD and to electrically connect the electric contacts of the internal circuit of the LCD to the electric contacts in the speaker mounting structures.

Abstract: A handle structure and LCD arrangement of a DVD player is disclosed to have a handle structure directly molded on the LCD case of a DVD player by a mold, the handle structure having a transversely extended top grip with a downwardly extended outer flange, a support, and a hand hole defined between the top grip and the support. The mold is formed of a female defining a cavity and a male die having a protruding portion insertable into the cavity.
