  • Publication number: 20240119838
Abstract: A method for parameterization of a vehicle collision includes obtaining a first outline of a first vehicle; obtaining a second outline of a second object participating in the collision with the first vehicle; modeling a collision between the first vehicle and the second object on the basis of the relative movement of the first and second outlines, wherein in the relative movement, the first and second outlines overlap at least along part of the relative movement; determining the parameterization on the basis of the overlapping extent of the outlines.

  • Patent number: 8375649
Abstract: The subject matter of the invention relates to a support arm for a lifting platform, comprising at least one relatively wide support arm and an extension arm telescopically slidable therein, the arms each having torsionally rigid and flexurally stiff hollow profiles, a support bearing at the rear end of the accommodating arm for the pivotable hinging connection to a lifting carriage of a column and a bearing foot at the free end of the respective extension arm. A cost-effective production of support arms in different sizes and shapes is obtained by cutting at least the accommodating arm from a steel panel blank and forming it into a hollow profile and providing it with at least one transverse reinforcement.

  • Publication number: 20100243973
Abstract: The invention relates to a scissors-type lifting platform, in particular for vehicles: including: stationary support rails on or in the floor level, at least two scissors arms which cross each other and are retained and guided with their bottom ends in the support rails, a hinge connecting the two scissors arms approximately centrally to each other, a lifting assembly engaging the scissors arms for spreading and contracting the scissors arms, at least one travel rail having contact areas and supported on the top ends of the scissors arms, wherein one of the scissors arms is connected to a travel rail with its top end in hinged manner and the other scissors arm is guided on the travel rail with its top end in longitudinally displaceable manner upon the lifting and lowering movement of the scissors-type lifting platform, characterized in that the longitudinally displaceable ends of the two scissors arms (12, 13; 20, 21) can be arrested with the associated travel rail (28) at least in the lifted position.

  • Publication number: 20090188758
Abstract: The subject matter of the invention relates to a support arm for a lifting platform, comprising at least one relatively wide support arm (11) and an extension arm (12) telescopically slidable therein, the arms each having torsionally rigid and flexurally stiff hollow profiles, a support bearing (6) at the rear end of the accommodating arm (11) for the pivotable hinging connection to a lifting carriage (5) of a column (2) and a bearing foot (31a) at the free end of the respective extension arm (12). A cost-effective production of support arms in different sizes and shapes is obtained by cutting at least the accommodating arm (11) from a steel panel blank and forming it into a hollow profile and providing it with at least one transverse reinforcement (13).
