  • Patent number: 8827692
Abstract: A method for regulating a temperature of a combustion medium in a mixing zone of a burner and a method for regulating a burner, in particular an oil burner, a burner performance being modulated. A heating system including a burner, which includes a regulating device, and a regulating device for a burner, in particular an oil burner. The method/system is intended to provide as constant a temperature as possible in the mixing zone during the different operating modes and with changed burner performance. The combustion air flows through a first supply tract in a first operating mode and in adjustable proportions through the first and/or a second supply tract in a second operating mode, and the combustion air is supplied with heat via a heating element, which may be switched on and off, in the first supply tract, and with heat from a combustion zone in the second supply tract.

  • Publication number: 20110114086
Abstract: A heating device, including a gas or oil burner in a cylindrical combustion chamber radially bounded by a heat exchanger, at least one gap for the passage of heating gases through the heat exchanger into an exhaust-gas collection chamber, which is radially outside of the heat exchanger and has a surrounding shell having a connection nozzle for an exhaust gas line, a front cover element for accommodating the burner, a rear cover element as a closure for the combustion chamber, and supply/return connection nozzles. The present system is intended to optimize the heat exchanger so as to achieve the most compact possible dimensions and efficient heat transfer properties. The heat exchanger includes annularly configured heat exchanger tubes that are disposed in parallel to the longitudinal axis of combustion chamber, which each form an axially extending gap between two adjacent heat exchanger tubes for passing heating gases in the radial direction.

  • Patent number: 5902682
Abstract: Coated sodium percarbonate particles contain, in the coating, sodium carbonate and also one or more magnesium compounds, preferably magnesium sulfate, optionally in a partially hydrated form, in a single layer or in separate layers in the coating. Preferred coated sodium percarbonate particles contain two layers. Particles are prepared by spraying aqueous solutions containing the coating components onto sodium percarbonate in a fluidized bed with simultaneous evaporation of the water. The particles are suitable for use in detergents, bleaches and cleansing agents.
