  • Publication number: 20220102003
Abstract: A computer-implemented method and apparatus are for processing medical cases. In an embodiment, the data set that is assigned to a medical case is received. A priority for processing the medical case is then determined for the medical case by applying to the data set trained functions that have been trained using training data sets and relevant known training priorities.

  • Patent number: 7772033
Abstract: A method for making a semiconductor device includes creating conductive structures on a substrate. Contact pads of a semiconductor die are connected to first ends of conductive structures. The semiconductor die is encapsulated or embedded and the substrate is removed such that second ends of the conductive structures are exposed to the exterior.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 28, 2007
Date of Patent: August 10, 2010
    Assignee: Qimonda AG
Inventors: Juergen Simon, Laurence Edward Singleton
  • Patent number: 7605019
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a first semiconductor device and a second semiconductor device. Through-holes in the second semiconductor device extend from an upper side of the second semiconductor device adjacent contact pads to a bottom side of the second device. Tower contact bumps are electrically connected to contact pads of the first semiconductor device. The second semiconductor device is arranged adjacent the first semiconductor device so that the tower contact bumps are disposed within the through-holes and are electrically connected with contact pads of the second semiconductor device.

  • Publication number: 20080079150
Abstract: Die arrangement, having a die with a plurality of electronic circuits electrically coupled to one another, at least one first electrical connection region, having at least one electrical connection, and a first passivation layer, which is applied whilst leaving free at least the one first electrical connection region. A second passivation layer, preferably a molding material, is arranged at least partly on the first passivation layer. At least one electrically conductive structure with a connecting element and a redistribution layer electrically connects the first electrical connection to a second electrical connection, which is formed by or at a section of the redistribution layer. The connecting element extends from the first electrical connection region through the first passivation layer and the second passivation layer, the redistribution layer coupled to the connecting section being arranged at least partly on the second passivation layer.

  • Patent number: 7016455
Abstract: An imaging tomography apparatus, in particular an x-ray computed tomography apparatus, has two acquisition systems capable of rotating around a common rotation axis. Each of the acquisition systems has a radiator as well as a detector. The maximum measurement fields scanned by the two acquisition systems given rotation around the rotation axis are of different sizes, or can be adjusted to different sizes. In particular, the lengths of both detectors measured in the azimuthal direction—are of different sizes. The tomography apparatus can be fashioned to scan the entire body cross-section of an examination subject or of a patient with conventional temporal resolution, and to scan detail region, such as a heart region, with an increased temporal resolution or accelerated data acquisition rate in comparison to a device with only one acquisition system.
