Abstract: Disclosed is a blow mold for shaping plastic preforms into containers having a first and second side part, which are movable relative to one another and, in an assembled state, enclose a cavity at least in sections, within which a plastic preform can be expanded to form a plastic container, wherein the first and/or second side part has at least one channel configured for conveying fluids and extends from an inner surface defining the cavity to an opposite outside surface, and a second channel connected to the first channel extending in sections along the outside surface of the first and/or second side part, wherein the first and/or second channel in a state of the blow mold, in which shaping of a plastic preform into a plastic container within the blow mold is possible, is in fluid connection with a clean room at least on one side.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for treating containers with a transport device which transports the containers to be treated along a predetermined transport path, wherein said transport device has a rotatable transport carrier at which a plurality of treatment stations for treating the containers is arranged, wherein the apparatus has a clean room within which the containers are treated in a predetermined manner, and with a sealing device which seals said clean room from an environment, wherein said sealing device has a reservoir which can be filled with a liquid medium, and with a sensor device for measuring a filling level of said liquid medium at least indirectly. Abstract: An apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers has a rotatable transport carrier on which a plurality of forming stations is arranged. The forming stations each have blow molding devices within which the plastic preforms are formed by application of a flowable medium into the plastic containers. The apparatus has a clean room, within which the plastic preforms are expanded into the plastic containers, a feed device to feed plastic preforms to be formed, and a discharge device for discharging formed containers from the transport device. The apparatus also has an ejection device for ejecting plastic preforms or plastic containers from the transport path, being arranged between the discharge device and the feed device.

Abstract: An apparatus for treating plastic containers includes a transport device which transports the plastic containers along a predetermined transport path, a blow module which has a blow molding machine for shaping plastic preforms into plastic containers, and a filler module which has a filling device for filling plastic containers with an, in particular, liquid product. The blow module and the filler module are arranged directly adjacent to one another, wherein the blow module has a transport starwheel on the outlet side, which transport starwheel is designed as a pitch varying starwheel and the plastic containers can be transferred directly from the pitch varying starwheel of the blow module to the filler module.

Abstract: An apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers includes a rotatable transport carrier on which a plurality of forming stations is arranged, and forming stations each having blow molding devices within which the plastic preforms can be formed into the plastic containers by applying a flowable medium. The forming stations each have stretching devices having at least one stretching rod which can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the plastic preforms and introduced into the plastic preforms. The apparatus also has a clean room within which the plastic preforms are expanded to form the plastic containers. The stretching devices and the forming stations are each arranged on a mold carrier holder and are held thereby, so that the mold carrier holder is designed as a carrying device of the apparatus and walls of the clean room to delimit the apparatus from a non-sterile environment.
