Abstract: An illumination module holding device for positioning and holding an illumination module against a base surface includes first and second housing parts. The first housing part has a positioning window, into which the illumination module is loosely inserted. Using fastening means, the first housing part is put on the base surface and determines the position of the illumination module. The second housing part has electrical connection sockets on it into each of which an electric line can be inserted and electrically and mechanically connected with a contact part associated with each of them, without using tools. Each contact part has a spring tongue. Making a latching connection between the two housing parts causes each of the spring tongues to come in contact with an associated contact surface on the illumination module, creating an electrical connection, and simultaneously exerts on the illumination module a compressive force against the base surface.

Abstract: In a method for the manufacture of a synthetic fiber fabric for casings of sausages and other meat products, which casings consist of 100% synthetic fibers, the synthetic fibers are woven to a fiber fabric which is then treated by alkalinization or, if the synthetic fibers consist of an alkaline-resistant material, by an acid solution thereby forming in the fabric fiber surfaces crater-like cavities which render the fabric absorptive to water and additional compounds such as flavor enhancers, smoke flavors, salts or others.

Abstract: A novel lamp socket finding application with a type of increased protection, has a housing part (13) in which a one-piece elastomer sealing sleeve (20) is preferably rotatably held. The sealing sleeve (20) is at its lamp-side end preferably slightly radially compressible, while it is stiffer in the axial direction. As a result, it yields inward when axially pressed by the frustoconical inner side of the housing part (13). The one-piece construction of the sealing sleeve (20) from a single material, on the one hand, ensures a simple manufacture and, on the other hand, prevents a faulty mounting caused by slipped seals or the like.

Abstract: A holder (6), which is suitable in particular for luminaires which do not provide any direct manual access to the capped lighting means, has a slide by means of which the lamp cap and/or the contact pins thereof can be pushed out of the holder or at least released from the holder. In the case of a preferred embodiment, the holder housing (8) is designed in two parts, the housing part (9) being designed as the slide.

Abstract: An injector with solenoid-valve control provided for diesel internal-combustion engines has a lateral fuel delivery conduit into a pressure accumulator reaching, on one hand, as far as the needle seat of a nozzle needle and on the other hand as far as a piston arranged on the rear side of the nozzle needle. A control space in the injector is connected by a controllable solenoid valve to the pressure accumulator or, for pressure relief, to a low-pressure conduit. A fuel filter is arranged in the pressure accumulator in the mouth region of the fuel delivery conduit.
