Abstract: An occupant protection device for a vehicle includes an airbag arranged in a region of a vehicle seat, that inflates from this region, and is allocated to an occupant in the vehicle seat. The airbag inflates upwards in the direction of a vehicle vertical axis, has a balloon-shaped section and adjacent thereto a further section and is positioned, in its operative position, in such a manner that the airbag encloses legs and a lower body of the occupant and this enclosing region forms an impact and support region for a head and an upper body of the occupant.

Abstract: A belt buckle presenter for a safety belt of a vehicle is disclosed. The belt buckle presenter includes at least one belt buckle which is connected to a drive unit via a force transmission element. The belt buckle is able to be moved between an operating position and a presenting position. The force transmission element is formed as a roller chain and a movement direction of the belt buckle during driving is able to be provided by a guide element.

Abstract: A front-hood arrangement, in particular a hood arrangement for a passenger vehicle is provided with a downwardly facing, lateral separating gap between the front hood and a mudguard. The front hood has an internal inner hood and an external outer hood. The front hood has a stiffening zone which is supported directly or indirectly on a supporting element of the vehicle body when the front hood is closed. The outer hood has a lateral border region, the end edge of which is adjacent to the separating gap, at least one connecting web being provided via which the stiffening zone is connected to the border region of the outer hood. In order to improve the expansion behavior when a person impacts vertically onto the front hood, it is proposed that when the front hood is closed, the stiffening zone is supported laterally outwards on stop means which are fastened to the supporting element of the vehicle body.
