  • Patent number: 12110215
Abstract: A box girder configured as a crane girder has two side plates spaced apart from each other, at least one chord plate connecting the two side plates to each other and at least one transverse plate arranged between the side plates and connecting the side plates to each other, with a welded joint provided between the respective chord plate and the side plates. In order to facilitate the manufacturing process of the box girder, at least one form-fitting connection configured as a plug-in connection is provided between the transverse plate and each of the two side plates. A crane may thus be configured having such a box girder. A corresponding method of manufacturing may also be employed for forming the box girder.

  • Patent number: 11332348
Abstract: A splice joint of a main girder of a crane, the main girder including at least two longitudinal main girder parts to be connected to each other by their ends and each having a central web which includes at least one web plate, longitudinal upper and lower flanges, the lower flange protruding from the central web to both sides thereof. The splice joint includes a plate-like tongue-and-groove joint, the tongue-and-groove joint including a tongue fixed to the central web of a main girder part, and a groove fixed to the central web of a second main girder part; and a lower flange joint receiving the bending forces of the splice joint. The tongue-and-groove joints are arranged reversed in relation to each other, and the location of the tongues and grooves on opposite sides of the web is reverse in relation to each other.

  • Patent number: 11319192
Abstract: A bridge crane arrangement includes at least one main girder having a central web and a bottom flange; end girders supporting opposite ends of the main girder; a slide arranged between an end girder and the main girder, the slide allowing the movement of the end girder in relation to the main girder in at least its longitudinal direction and the rotation of the end girder and main girder in relation to each other; and a restrictor to restrict the movements between the end girder and the main girder. On the top surface of the end girder, there is arranged a support platform wider than the bottom flange, the slide includes a slide surface arranged on the top surface of the support platform and/or the bottom surface of the bottom flange, and the restrictor is arranged to the support platform on both sides of the bottom flange.

  • Patent number: 11053099
Abstract: A rail structure for a bearing wheel of a crane includes surfaces receiving rolling and horizontal forces. The rail structure includes two surfaces located at a distance from one another and receiving rolling forces. The rail structure preferably includes at least one basic plate and, arranged on top of it, a wear surface arrangement. The surfaces receiving rolling forces are formed to this wear surface arrangement at a distance from one another. A combination of a bearing wheel and a rail structure of the above type is also disclosed.
