    Abstract: A flame-resistant polyurethane foam material, including a polyurethane prepared by reacting an isocyanate with a polyester polyol, wherein the isocyanate has two or more isocyanate groups, and the polyester polyol has two or more hydroxyl groups and a terephthalic acid structure. The flame-resistant polyurethane foam material may further include a flame retardant which is a phosphate ester with a benzene structure; a foaming agent which is water or pentane; and a catalyst which is a tertiary amine or an organometallic compound. The flame-resistant polyurethane foam material has significantly improved flame resistance due to the polyurethane prepared by using the polyester polyol with a high content of terephthalic acid structure as raw material and due to using the phosphate ester with a benzene structure as a flame retardant.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a heat insulated PVB film, in which insulated nanoparticles with a particle diameter of 1-800 nm are added in the manufacturing process of PVB film to allow production of a PVB film with high insulation and transmittance. The disclosure also provides a method for manufacturing heat insulated blast-resistant glass, in which two panes of glass are laminated and bound by the PVB film to obtain blast-resistant glass with high insulation and high transmittance. The method for manufacturing heat insulated blast-resistant glass needs not applying an additional insulation coating or insulation film on conventional glass products and therefore allows manufacturing process to be simplified and manufacturing costs to be reduced.

The output module receives all data of the OTP memory rows and generates output data. The judge module receives the output data and write-in data and generates write-in control data according to the output data and the write-in data. When a bit datum of the output data is different to a bit datum of the write-in data, the bit of the write-in control data is enabled. The write-in module receives the write-in control data and stores a preset bit datum in an unprogrammed OTP memory cell of an OTP memory row corresponding to the enabled bit.

    Abstract: An improved device for soaking up water that is collected in the bottom of an oil tank, and removing the water therefrom; the device comprising a porous envelope lowered by a tethering line to the tank bottom, the envelope containing sinking weights and Sterculia Lychnophora Hance powder which is unaffected by oils but which readily absorbs water in great volume by being expandable to over fifteen times its original size when fully saturated, thus effectively removing the water when the device is lifted from the tank.
