    Abstract: A brake caliper has a fixed seat. The fixed seat has a first brake lining and a second brake lining. The fixed seat further has a first piston and a second piston that can be pushed by hydraulic oil. A movable seat is slidably disposed on the fixed seat. The movable seat has a link portion that can link the first brake lining and a drive unit that can push the second piston mechanically. The first piston and the second piston can be pushed hydraulically to drive the first brake lining and the second brake lining for braking. The drive unit pushes the second piston to drive the second brake lining, and pushes the movable seat to drive the first brake lining for braking.

    Abstract: An air filter includes a filter core and a base. Outer air is filtered by the filter core, and then flows to the base, which has a passageway provided in its center and connected with an air intake of an engine. An air concentrating tube is provided on the upper end of the passageway, extending in the inside of the filer fore, having an upper end with a large opening, gradually shrinking down to have a lower end with a trumpet shape. The large upper end of the air concentrating tube can permit filtered clean air to flow smoothly through into the passageway so that no turbulent current may happen in the air filter and filtered clean air may flow in an engine smoothly for boosting effectiveness of burning in the engine.

Failed database jobs are examined, corrected if possible, and re-executed. Database administrators are immediately notified of reoccurring database job failures by e-mail, pager notifications, or other alert methods. The amount of manual intervention is greatly reduced as most database jobs are simply corrected and restarted. The risk of data damage or loss due to subsequent jobs running on databases that are not current is reduced.

    Abstract: An air filtering device for an engine includes two cone-shaped filtering members which are co-axially mounted with other and two collars are respectively engaged with two ends of the assembly of the two filtering members. Each filtering member has a spirally-shaped corrugated periphery. A manifold is connected between the filtering device and an engine, a tube connected to manifold and communicating with an interior of the manifold. A regulation member is received in the manifold and includes a ring with a plurality of blades engaged in the ring. Each blade is located inclinedly relative to the ring. Air flows in the filtering device from two ends and the periphery of the device and the filtered air flow becomes spiral flow entering the engine.
