    Abstract: An angled-outward toggle clamping type vertical injection molding machine is provided, in which a stationary platen is provided on a frame and a toggle mechanism is provided below the stationary platen. A coupling seat pivotally connected with the toggle arms of the toggle mechanism is fixed with tie bars which extend over above the stationary platen to assemble with the movable platen. An upper die and a lower die are respectively assembled to the movable platen and the stationary platen. When the toggle mechanism drives to open or clamp the dies, the clamping force of the dies can be increased and the action force of the toggle arms in their centered position is dispersed at two sides of the stationary platen so as to protect the stationary platen from deforming or damaging.

    Abstract: A double color injection machine with a shaft and a disc is revealed. The double color injection machine includes a main body with a shaft and a disc. The disc is arranged with a slotted hole while the main body is disposed with an axial hole for being assembled with a shaft sleeve. The shaft sleeve is inserted through the axial hole to be mounted to the slotted hole of the disc. A first bearing is mounted in the slotted hole and is corresponding to the shaft sleeve. A servo motor is used to drive the shaft to rotate. Thereby by the shaft sleeve on the shaft corresponding to the first bearing of the disc, the shaft is not rotated with the rotation of the disc. When the servomotor drives the shaft to rotate, the disc is not rotated. At the same time, fast and precise positioning is attained.

    Abstract: A double color injection machine with a shaft and a disc is revealed. The double color injection machine includes a main body with a shaft and a disc. The disc is arranged with a slotted hole while the main body is disposed with an axial hole for being assembled with a shaft sleeve. The shaft sleeve is inserted through the axial hole to be mounted to the slotted hole of the disc. A first bearing is mounted in the slotted hole and is corresponding to the shaft sleeve. A servo motor is used to drive the shaft to rotate. Thereby by the shaft sleeve on the shaft corresponding to the first bearing of the disc, the shaft is not rotated with the rotation of the disc. When the servomotor drives the shaft to rotate, the disc is not rotated. At the same time, fast and precise positioning is attained.

    Abstract: An injection drive apparatus for injection molding machines is revealed. Liquid material is fed into a mold smoothly by a material feeding screw of a material feeding mechanism. Then a reaction force is generated to push the material feeding screw when the material feeding hole is nearly full of the material. Thus the material feeding screw and the slide mechanism assembled therewith are pushed to move backward. Later the injection mechanism is driven by the slide mechanism to move and act on the drive screw. Thus the slide mechanism threaded with the drive screw is driven to push the material feeding screw moving forward and squeezing the material for injection molding. Therefore, the load of the motor is reduced dramatically and the yield rate of the products produced by injection molding is increased due to the two-stage action-feeding of the material and squeezing of the material for injection.

    Abstract: A mold locking device for a molding machine has a toggle assembly, and a transmission member. The toggle assembly has first toggle arms pivoted to a bearing disc of the molding machine, connecting arms pivoted to a movable mold base, second arms pivoted to both the first arms and the connecting arms, and has third arms pivoted to both the second arms and a co-moving disc movable between the bearing disc and the movable mold base. The transmission member has a power source, a connecting member and an elongated screw. The connecting member connects the power source and a nut turnably fitted on the co-moving disc; the screw is passed through the nut for permitting the nut to turn relative to, and move along, the screw. The screw is further connected to the movable mold base such that the movable mold base can be moved between a mold opening position and a closing position by the toggle assembly and the power source.
