  • Publication number: 20240117342
Abstract: An construction method of an embryonic chromosome signal library is provided. The construction method comprises obtaining an embryo and performing whole-genome amplification and next-generation sequencing to obtain a first chromosome signal; mapping the first chromosome signal to a chromosome reference signal to obtain a second chromosome signal; dividing the second chromosome signal within a predetermined interval range to obtain a third chromosome signal; and performing a regression correction on the sequencing read count (RC) of the third chromosome signal to obtain an embryonic chromosome signal library. Furthermore, a detection method and system of embryonic chromosomes are also provided. Thereby, the information comparison of the embryo chromosome signal library is used to determine whether the pre-implantation embryo is abnormal or not to achieve pre-implantation chromosome screening of pre-implantation embryos.

  • Patent number: 11914142
Abstract: A method for generating virtual reality images and used in a light field near-eye display includes steps of: shifting a display image according to at least one change vector of a plurality of eye movement parameters, and calculating a compensation mask according to a simulated image and superimposing the compensation mask on a target image to generate a superimposed target image, wherein brightness distributions of the simulated image and the compensation mask are opposite to each other. The light field near-eye display is also provided. In this way, the light field near-eye display for generating virtual reality images and the method thereof can achieve the purpose of improving the uniformity of the image and expanding the eye box size.

  • Patent number: 11478723
Abstract: The invention proposes an apparatus for generating three-dimensional visual effects, characterised in that it comprises, in combination: a controlled smoke generator (10) comprising a synthetic smoke source and a means for directionally propelling the smoke produced by the generator in order to form a plume of smoke extending in a certain direction, and a controlled light generator (20), suitable for generating one or more light beams in the plume of smoke and in the direction in which it extends, the light beam or beams being essentially contained in said plume of smoke. Application in particular to the production of “lightsaber” visual effects, and more generally to varied three-dimensional light effects.

  • Patent number: 8311283
Abstract: A method for detecting the lane departure of a vehicle includes an image recognition process and a deviation estimation process. The image recognition process includes the following steps: an image capturing step for capturing image frame data by using an image capturing unit; and a lane line recognition for analyzing the image frame data for determining the lane lines. By using a quadratic curve fitting equation, a plurality of lane line being detected so as to establish a road geometry estimation model. The road geometry estimation model is inputted into the deviation estimation process to detect the lane departure of the vehicle so as to alert the driver. Furthermore, an apparatus for detecting the deviation of the vehicle, comprising: an image capturing unit, a processing unit and a signal output unit.

  • Publication number: 20100259371
Abstract: A bird-view parking aid apparatus with ultrasonic obstacle marking includes an image acquisition unit, a ultrasonic sensor unit, an alarm unit, a display unit and a processing unit, wherein the processing unit is connected with the image acquisition unit, the ultrasonic sensor unit, and the display unit. Upon receiving a reversing gear signal, the processing unit acquires the rearview image of the vehicle and the information of the obstacle distance via image acquisition unit and the ultrasonic sensor unit, afterwards the actual position of the obstacle is calculated as per the built-in ultrasonic positioning formula, and at the same time, the existing position of the obstacle is marked on the rearview image, and transmitted to the display unit, and also the method of maneuvering the apparatus is disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20070238304
Abstract: A method of etching passivation layer having an anti-reflection layer and an insulating layer subsequently disposed on a pad layer of a wafer. The method includes performing an etching process to etch the anti-reflection layer and the insulating layer. The etching process has a first-step etching performed under a first pressure and a second-step etching performed under a second pressure smaller than the first pressure. The second-step etching has an etching selectivity ratio of the anti-reflection layer to the insulating layer higher than that of the first-step etching.
