    Abstract: A transmittance enhancement film is provided, which includes a substrate and a coating layer on the substrate. The coating layer includes a plurality of organic particles and a binder. The organic particles have a refractive index of less than 1.5, and the refractive index ratio of the organic particles to the binder is in the range from 0.95 to 1.05. The transmittance enhancement film of the present invention is suitable for being used in a solar cell module, and is capable of enhancing the transmittance of light, thereby improving the power generation efficiency of the solar cell module.

Each flexible electrode includes a carbon fiber layer and a collector formed on a surface of the carbon fiber layer. The pair of flexible electrodes has two outer surfaces, and the collector layers are formed on the outer surfaces of the pair of the flexible electrodes. The separator film is disposed between the flexible electrodes. The collector layer would be formed on the carbon fiber layer with surface metalizing the carbon fiber layer. A method for fabricating the flexible electrode of the flexible super capacitor is also disclosed.

The resin coating comprising a plurality of organic particles and a binder. The microstructures comprise a plurality of columnar structures which are equilateral, and the organic particles are tangent to the columnar structures. The height of the organic particles is not less than the height of the columnar structures. The optical film of the present invention enables the organic particles to be uniformly and orderly distributed so that the transmitting light is homogenized and the brightness can be enhanced.

    Abstract: A vacuum chamber having a TiO2 target and a base therein is first provided wherein a plastic substrate is fixed onto the base. After that, a plasma gas consisting of argon and oxygen is filled into the vacuum chamber. The filling pressure of the plasma gas is in the range of 1˜10 Pa and the flow ratio of argon to oxygen thereof is in the range of 9:1˜7:1. Finally, an anatase TiO2 layer is formed on the plastic substrate by sputtering, wherein the temperature of the plastic substrate is kept between 50˜180 during the sputtering.
