A memory device includes a memory cell, a bit line, a word line, a select transistor, a fuse element, and a heater. The bit line is connected to the memory cell. The word line is connected to the memory cell. The select transistor is disposed in the memory cell. A gate of the select transistor is connected to the word line. The fuse element is disposed in the memory cell. The fuse element is connected to the bit line and the select transistor. The heater is configured to heat the fuse element.

Abstract: This invention relates to a process for preparing a pharmaceutical composition comprising four antitubercular drugs: rifampin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, isoniazid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, pyrazinamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and ethambutol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein rifampin and isoniazid are in separate layers. The invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition prepared therefrom having advantageous stability and bioavailability.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and its preparation method for the eradication of Helicobacter pylorif in the forms of effervescent tablet, suspension or powder. The pharmaceutical composition comprises an effective dose of ?-lactam antibiotic, an effective dose of macrolide antibiotic, an effective dose of antacid such as proton pump inhibitor and H2 blocker, and a pharmaceutical acceptable carrier. An effective dose of alkaline substance such as carbonate or bicarbonate can be added to increase the pH of the stomach when the PPI antacid is used, which can protect the degradation of acid-labile antibiotics or PPI to further increase the bioavailability of the pharmaceutical composition for the purpose of Helicobacter pylori eradication.
