Abstract: A method for controlling the function of application software and a computer readable recording medium are provided. The method includes the following steps. First, an application software is provided. Afterwards, characteristics of a user are retrieved. Then, characteristics of the user are identified. Finally, according to the result of identification, whether to pause or resume the function of application software is determined. Through the method provided by the present invention, the characteristics of the user are retrieved and then identified, so as to obtain the current status of the user and then automatically determine whether to pause or resume the execution of the function.

Abstract: A display system for automatically pausing/resuming a function and a control method thereof are provided, wherein the display system includes a photography module, a display module and a control module. The photography module is used to retrieve at least one characteristic of the user. The display module is used to display a video. The control module electrically connected to the display module and the photography module includes a characteristic identification unit and a control unit. The characteristic identification unit is used to identify the characteristics of the user. According to the result of identification, the control unit is used to control the display system to pause/resume a function.

Abstract: A voltage regulator circuit with over-current protection, which includes a linear regulator, a voltage controller, and an over-current protection circuit. The linear regulator includes a converter and a driver. The converter is connected to a voltage input terminal and a voltage output terminal. An output terminal of the driver is connected to the converter for controlling the operation of the converter. The voltage controller is connected to the voltage output terminal, the output terminal and a first input terminal of the driver, respectively, for providing a feedback voltage. The over-current protection circuit is connected to the output terminal of the driver and the linear regulator. The over-current protection circuit detects the output voltage of the driver for comparing with a comparison voltage. When the output voltage is larger than the comparison voltage, the over-current protection circuit controls the driver to turn off the converter.

Abstract: A wireless network digital electronic device for receiving television broadcasting signals, transforming them into wireless network signals, and transmitting them to a display device is described. The wireless network digital electronic device includes a television signal receiver, a decoder, a processor, and a wireless network signal transceiver. The television signal receiver receives the television broadcasting signals, the decoder decodes the signals, and the processor encodes the decoded signals into wireless network signals. Subsequently, the wireless network signals are transmitted to the display device using the wireless network signal transceiver.
