    Abstract: A method includes a number of operations. An interlayer dielectric (ILD) layer is formed over a source/drain region on a substrate. A source/drain contact extending through the ILD layer to electrically connect with the source/drain region is formed. An air gap extending through the ILD layer is formed. An implantation energy absorption dielectric layer is formed over the ILD layer. An implantation process is performed on the implantation energy absorption dielectric layer, wherein the implantation process causes the ILD layer expands to seal the air gap. A first implant-free dielectric layer is formed over the implantation energy absorption dielectric layer. A second implant-free dielectric layer is formed over the first implant-free dielectric layer. A source/drain via extending through the second implant-free dielectric layer, the first implant-free dielectric layer, and the implantation energy absorption dielectric layer to the source/drain contact is formed.

In an example, the slit area comprising a slit pillar around which no memory cells are formed. The slit pillar is a dummy pillar, and insulator material electrically isolates the slit pillar from a Word Line (WL) through which it passes. The isolation layer electrically can also isolate a (WL) of the first memory block from a corresponding WL of the second memory block.     Abstract: A phased-array Doppler radar includes a two-way splitter, a transmit antenna, a receive antenna array, an ILO, a demodulation unit and a digital signal processing unit. A reference signal is split by the two-way splitter to the transmit antenna for transmission to targets and the ILO for injection locking. Signals reflected by the targets are received by the receive antenna array as received signals. An injection-locked signal generated by the ILO and the received signals received by the receive antenna array are delivered to the demodulation unit. The received signals are demodulated into baseband I/Q signals by the demodulation unit that uses the injection-locked signal as a local oscillator signal. The baseband I/Q signals are processed by the digital signal processing unit to obtain a digital beamforming pattern.

A number of first cool-air inlets and warm-air inlets are configured on the partition toward another side of the upper chamber. Noodles to be dried are placed in the lower chamber. Cool air produced by the first cool-air provision device is introduced into the lower chamber through the first cool-air inlets to absorb moisture from the noodles. Warm air produced from the first cool-air provision device is collected by the warm-air recovery device and introduced into the lower chamber through the warm-air inlets to dry the noodles. The noodle driving apparatus thereby achieves improved drying performance, enhanced energy consumption, and better drying quality.
