    Abstract: An construction method of an embryonic chromosome signal library is provided. The construction method comprises obtaining an embryo and performing whole-genome amplification and next-generation sequencing to obtain a first chromosome signal; mapping the first chromosome signal to a chromosome reference signal to obtain a second chromosome signal; dividing the second chromosome signal within a predetermined interval range to obtain a third chromosome signal; and performing a regression correction on the sequencing read count (RC) of the third chromosome signal to obtain an embryonic chromosome signal library. Furthermore, a detection method and system of embryonic chromosomes are also provided. Thereby, the information comparison of the embryo chromosome signal library is used to determine whether the pre-implantation embryo is abnormal or not to achieve pre-implantation chromosome screening of pre-implantation embryos.

A replay access module sets the nearest segmentation point prior to the replay endpoint as a replay startpoint. A replay module plays the soundwave signal from the replay startpoint to the replay endpoint.

The method includes the following steps: receive an original speech signal; calculate a pitch period of the original speech signal; define search ranges according to the pitch period; find a maximum within each of the search ranges of the original speech signal; divide the original speech signal into speech sections according to the maxima; obtain a speed-varied speech signal by applying a speed-varying algorithm to each speech section of the original speed signal according to a speed-varying command; and eventually, output the speed-varied speech signal.

    Abstract: In an apparatus and a method for automatically indicating time in a text file, a receiver module receives a text file and a speech file, in which the text file is composed of a plurality of sentences; a speech recognition module transforms the sentences in the text file into a speech model, divides the speech file into a plurality of sound frames and assigns numbers to them in sequence in accordance with a time interval, turns speech data of the sound frames into feature parameters through speech capturing, and calculates the best speech route matching the sound frames with the speech model; an indicator module captures the assigned number of the sound frame corresponding to the beginning of each sentence in accordance with the best speech route, obtains a starting time of the speech file corresponding to the beginning of each sentence through the assigned number of the sound frame and a time interval and indicates the starting time in the text file.
