Abstract: There are disclosed various methods and apparatuses for realizing optical referencing within an image transferring device. In some embodiments a projecting device is aligned with an input section of an image transferring device; a detecting device is aligned with an output section of the image transferring device; electromagnetic radiation is generated by the projecting device; the electromagnetic radiation is projected towards the input section of the image transferring device; the electromagnetic radiation transported by the image transferring device from the input section to the output section of the image transferring device is received; and the received electromagnetic radiation is analyzed.

Abstract: A control device of a luminaire includes a controller for controlling operation of the luminaire, which assumes a certain target lighting level as a response to a triggering local input signal. Through a communications module the device is configured to receive indication messages from the other devices. An adaptation module adjusts the operation of the control means in accordance with received indication messages. A relationship strength is determined, pertinent to a particular other device and indicative of regularity at which triggering local input signals have been observed after first receiving an indication message from said other device. The controller is reprogrammed to make the luminaire assume a preparatory lighting level as a response to receiving an indication message from said other device, the preparatory lighting level being dependent on the determined relationship strength.

The test adapter includes a retaining structure for retaining the product stand in the low position and for retaining a latch structure of the adapter in its locking position. The latch structure is arranged to lock the product to the product stand.
