Abstract: Containers for holding and dispensing a plurality of items and methods of assembling the same are disclosed. The containers include a sidewall having an aperture therein, a bottom, and an interior flow control guide to force the items through a rearward restricted passage as the items move within the container downward toward the bottom and forward toward the aperture in the sidewall. A plurality of items are simultaneously accessible through the aperture.
