    Abstract: A four-layered lollipop is provided for with a first innermost layer of a taffy product on an elongate, essentially rectilinear lollipop stick having a wide surface areas and thin sides. A second layer of hard candy completely covers the first or innermost layer, and a candy third layer is embedded in and covers only individual portions of said second layer. A fourth layer of candy is comprised of sugar particles that covers the surface of the existing candy. The lollipop stick has a plurality of ridges on both faces on the top portion which provide an attachment mechanism for retaining the taffy innermost layer adheres and providing the taffy product with a better surface to adhere to on the lollipop stick.

    Abstract: A handheld electric stunning device has a main body defining housing for containing an internal battery source. A pair of spaced electrical probes on a front end of the main body are electrically connected to the battery source. A safety switch is operable to active and deactivate the device and is normally concealed by a cover that moves to reveal the safety switch. A power switch energizes the device and a trigger switch is operable to release a charge of electric current from the battery source to the electrical probes. A hand securing strap formed of an elastomeric material extends along a top side of the main body and is structured and disposed for receiving a user's hand between the strap and the housing with the strap stretched and pulled tight across the back of the user's hand, thereby firmly securing the device to the user's hand.

    Abstract: A novelty candy and toy product combination has a hollow body for holding a confectionary product within an interior chamber and a handle extending from the hollow body. An open top of the hollow body allows access to the interior chamber. A lid engagable with the body is releasably held closed to cover the open top and contain the confectionary product therein. The hollow body is provided with an arrangement of motion activated lights about an exterior circumferential ring. A candy stick holding a hard candy product is removably received within the handle and includes a noise making device on a bottom end. In use, the lid is opened, the candy stick is removed from the handle and the hard candy product is dipped into the confectionary product in the hollow body for combined consumption.

    Abstract: A child safety alarm device has a main housing that protectively contains electronics, a battery power source, a digital display clock and an audible alarm. When activated, the alarm generates a loud audible signal that preferably includes a repeating voice message combined with an intermittent shrill noise in the audible range of between 80 to 100 decibels. A flexible band, constructed of materials that resist cutting, extends from the main housing and wraps around a child's wrist or ankle. The audible alarm signal is activated by depressing a panic button on the main housing, concealed below a protective cover, or, alternatively, with the use of a wireless remote control device carried by a parent or guardian. Deactivation of the continuous audible alarm signal requires entry of a predetermined code using entry buttons on the device housing.
