Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include a water filter mount for a beverage dispenser. The water filter mount releasably mounts a water filter to the beverage dispenser using a rotating motion that does not require any tools. Aspects of the present disclosure also include a gas cylinder mount for a beverage dispenser. The gas cylinder mount releasably mounts a water filter to the beverage dispenser using a rotating motion that does not require any tools. Aspects of the present disclosure also include a concentrate vial mount for a beverage dispenser. The concentrate vial releasably mounts a water filter to the beverage dispenser using a rotating motion that does not require any tools.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide a self-contained, above-the-counter beverage dispenser that allows for personalization of flavor intensity, temperature, and carbonation levels. The system can have a small form factor that allows it to sit on a countertop and below upper cabinetry. The dispenser can dispense carbonated beverages, still beverages, flavored beverages, hot beverages, cold beverages, and combinations thereof. Moreover, unlike existing systems, embodiments described herein may maintained by a user without special training, tools, or technical expertise. The dispenser can include consumable components, such as ingredient cartridges, a gas cylinder, and a filter. Each of these consumable components can be replaced easily without any tools or special training or expertise. Additionally, all consumables can be accessible behind a door on the front of the machine, making them readily accessible by only opening the front door.

Abstract: A cabinet includes a frame, a drawer, and a lid. The frame defines an internal cavity. The drawer is slidably secured to the frame and is configured to slide into and out of the internal cavity. The lid is slidably secured to a top of the drawer, is configured to transition between open and closed positions, and is configured create a seal along the top of the drawer when in the closed position.

Abstract: A knife for cutting food products having a proximal end, a distal end and a length defined therebetween. The knife includes a blade portion having a cutting edge and a spine disposed on a top side of the blade portion and generally opposed to the cutting edge. The knife includes a handle portion disposed proximal of the blade portion with a top surface and a bottom surface, a first end proximal to the blade portion and a second end distal to the blade portion. The handle portion includes a bolster section with at least a first thickness, a first lateral sidewall and a second lateral sidewall. The bolster section is disposed at the first end of the handle portion and adjacent to the blade portion. The first sidewall of the bolster section includes an arcuate proximal bolster boundary defined by a curvilinear ridge extending downwardly toward the blade portion from a point proximate the top surface of the handle portion.

The container has a base and a sidewall that connects to and protrudes upwardly from the base. The sidewall terminates at a flange. The lid contacts the flange of the sidewall of the container. The lid has a cover, a retractable door, and a blade carrier. The cover has an opening formed therein. The retractable door is disposed above the opening of the cover. The retractable door is adapted to be positioned in one of a first position and a second position. The blade carrier has a plurality of blades attached thereto. The blade carrier is disposed beneath both the cover and the retractable door. The operating handle removably connects to the blade carrier.

Abstract: A knife and chopping attachment assembly for chopping food products comprises a knife and a chopping attachment. The knife has a blade portion and a handle portion. The blade portion has a cutting edge and a spine disposed on a top side of the blade portion generally opposite the cutting edge. The chopping attachment is disposed over a portion of the spine of the knife. The chopping attachment is movable along the spine from a proximal end of the blade portion to a distal end of the blade portion.
