Z is a substituted or unsubstitured aromatic group. Y is a covalent bond, —O— or —CO—. n is an integer from one to about five. X is a covalent bond or —CO—. Ra is an aliphatic or a substituted aliphatic group; Rb is an aliphatic group substituted with an aromatic group or substituted aromatic group; and, taken together with the nitrogen atom bonded to Ra and Rb, can form a substituted or unsubstituted non-aromatic heterocyclic ring.
