Abstract: A system and method for synchronizing competitive strategies of individuals that serve as Case Consultants and their potential employers that serve as Case Clients. The case client can provide challenges and the case consultant can select a challenge suitable to multidimensional nature of his profile and willingness to invest time and effort to their edge-crafting activity. The system can synchronize the progress between the case consultant and the case client using an intuitive interface and a visual map. The visual map can show the stages, instructions, templates, and progress in completing the challenge.
