Abstract: A device is provided that when in use, is coupled to a vehicle, and restrains the vehicle against operation unless it detects a Bluetooth or WiFi enabled phone. A computing facility can be utilized which sends a signal to a user if a tracking feature is disabled on the phone. A computing facility can also be utilized which sends a signal to the user if the device is uncoupled from the vehicle. The device can be adapted to be coupled to the vehicle through an OBD-II port, and to restrain the operation of the vehicle through control signals sent, for example, to disable the fuel pump, engine starter or an ignition circuit.

Abstract: A system having garments and locating devices. Each of the garments includes at least one hidden pocket, and each of the locating devices is adapted to be disposed in one of the hidden pockets. The locating device may be a GPS or a GPS/IPS device. The system may also have adapters, and each of the adapters defines a pocket adapted to receive the locating device. The adapters also have a surface adapted to be heat-sealed to fabrics.
