Abstract: Provided herein are methods for detecting tumor mutational burden (TMB) in subjects. In one aspect, the methods include determining observed mutational counts from sequence information obtained from nucleic acids in samples from the subjects and determining a tumor fraction and/or a coverage of the nucleic acids to generate sequencing parameters. The methods also include determining an expected mutational fraction and/or an expected distribution of the expected mutational fraction given the sequencing parameters to generate an expected result, and adjusting the observed mutational count given the expected result to generate an adjusted result, thereby detecting the TMB in the subject. Other aspects are directed to methods of selecting customized therapies for treating cancer in subjects, and methods of treating cancer in subjects. • Patent number: 12293641
Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to systems and methods for providing reel-spin game enhancement features. A player enrolled with a subscription service server is presented with an opportunity to enhance game features associated with a gaming device after a result of a game played on the gaming device is determined. The gaming device determines that only when the result of the game played corresponds to a predetermined outcome, a respin option becomes available for the player. This option is rendered as an offer for the player to activate a game enhancement feature for a respin during a subsequent play of the reel-spin game. The game enhancement features include holding or locking a symbol in the reels of the reel-spin game, adding a score multiplier, or adding a modified symbol to a particular position or reel, during the respin of the subsequent play of the reel-spin game.

  • Publication number: 20250138534
Abstract: In various examples, a current claimed set of points representative of a volume in an environment occupied by a vehicle at a time may be determined. A vehicle-occupied trajectory and at least one object-occupied trajectory may be generated at the time. An intersection between the vehicle-occupied trajectory and an object-occupied trajectory may be determined based at least in part on comparing the vehicle-occupied trajectory to the object-occupied trajectory. Based on the intersection, the vehicle may then execute the first safety procedure or an alternative procedure that, when implemented by the vehicle when the object implements the second safety procedure, is determined to have a lesser likelihood of incurring a collision between the vehicle and the object than the first safety procedure.

  • Publication number: 20250135582
Abstract: A system and method of creating molten metal droplets is disclosed. The system may be used for 3D printing. The system relies on a change in momentum of the droplet relative to the tip of the metal microwire to cause the droplet to separate from the tip of the metal microwire. The change in momentum can be created by using an oscillating printhead. In other embodiments, a mass strikes the printhead to cause the droplet to separate from the metal microwire. The metal microwire may be heated using a heat source, such as a laser, an induction coil or a plasma arc.
