    Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing a three dimensional representation of an object or an individual. Horizontal sections are taken of the object or the individual and are projected utilizing a number of optical subassemblies onto a horizontal screen. A digital camera is used to take a picture of each of the horizontal sections which then be transmitted to a computer including a display screen. The computer is provided with the appropriate software for producing a three dimensional representation on the display screen. This representation can be used to provide a properly sized pattern for the individual.
