The smaller case comprised of a four-way stretch material is filled with polyethylene microbeads or similar granule. This smaller case fits inside of the second larger case. The outer larger case is made of a cotton or other appropriate pillow material and encompasses both the smaller case and a quantity of polyester filler material as a top layer adjacent to the smaller case.
