  • Publication number: 20240099594
Abstract: A method of generating a blood pressure estimation for a subject includes receiving real-time PPG data from a PPG sensor attached to the subject, and generating a blood pressure estimation for the subject via an adaptive predictive model using the real time PPG data. The method includes receiving a real-time measurement of blood pressure via a blood pressure monitoring device attached to the subject and, in response to receiving the real-time measurement of blood pressure, updating one or more parameters of the model in real-time to improve blood pressure estimation accuracy of the model. The method may also include detecting whether the generated blood pressure estimation is above or below a threshold and, in response to determining that the generated biometric estimation is above or below the threshold, receiving a real-time measurement of blood pressure and then updating the parameters of the model to improve blood pressure estimation accuracy of the model.

  • Publication number: 20240094825
Abstract: Aspects of the subject technology provide improved techniques for gesture recognition. Improved techniques may include detecting and/or classifying an interaction between the body part and another object in a scan of the body part, and then controlling recognition of a gesture based on the interaction. In an aspect, recognition parameters may be selected based on the interaction classification that disable recognition of one or more gestures while not disabling recognition of other gestures.

  • Patent number: 11917435
Abstract: A network speed map indicating data rates (e.g., download speeds) provided by a mobile network within a geographical area can be created based on crowd-sourced data. An example process includes receiving a plurality of data samples from mobile devices, each sample including a CQI value and a geolocation. Efficiency values can be determined from sampled CQI values associated with a bin of interest within the geographical area, and a spectrum efficiency value associated with the bin can be determined based on the determined efficiency values. A data rate (e.g., a download speed) associated with the bin can be estimated based on the spectrum efficiency value, and a network speed map showing one or more bins, including the bin, with estimated data rates (e.g., download speed) can be generated and displayed on a user computing device.

  • Patent number: 11857746
Abstract: An apparatus for cleansing wounds, in which wound exudate is removed from a wound bed and selectively cleansed and returned to the wound. The cleansing means removes materials deleterious to wound healing, and the cleansed fluid, still containing materials that are beneficial in promoting wound healing, is returned to the wound bed. The associated wound dressing and cleansing means are conformable to the wound, and may have irrigant fluid circulated from a reservoir by a device for moving fluid through a flow path which passes through the dressing and a means for fluid cleansing and back to the dressing.

  • Patent number: 11617823
Abstract: An apparatus for cleansing wounds with means for stressing the wound bed and optionally tissue surrounding the wound, in which irrigant fluid from a reservoir connected to a conformable wound dressing and wound exudate from the dressing are recirculated by a devise for moving fluid through a flow path which passes through the dressing and a means for fluid cleansing and back to the dressing. The cleansing means (which may be a single-phase, e.g. micro-filtration, system or a two-phase, e.g. dialytic system) removes materials deleterious to wound healing, and the cleansed fluid, still containing materials that are beneficial in promoting wound healing, is returned to the wound bed. The means for stressing the wound bed and optionally tissue surrounding the wound promotes wound healing. The dressing and a method of treatment using the apparatus.
