  • Patent number: 10094036
Abstract: A method is provided for producing a motor vehicle body in a hybrid design. The motor vehicle body (2) has a bodyshell structure (1) and a floor module (4). The bodyshell structure (1) has a structure frame (3), and the floor module (4) is a fiber composite component. The method includes passing the structure frame (3) through a CDC process before connecting the floor module (4) to the structure frame (3).
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 25, 2016
Date of Patent: October 9, 2018
Assignee: Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche Aktiengesellschaft
Inventors: Sebastian Ortmann, Holger Hahlweg, Thomas Christiansen, Julian Schoepfer, Jan Niklas Prange
  • Patent number: 9505441
Abstract: A supporting frame for a motor vehicle has two parallel longitudinal members oriented in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle and form part of the body. Two longitudinal struts are oriented at least partially in the longitudinal direction and are fixed at first ends to a contact section of the longitudinal members. The longitudinal struts are connected at a second end opposite the first end to an impact plate that is arranged on at least one driving component of the motor vehicle to form a load path between the contact section of the longitudinal members and the at least one driving component.
