    Abstract: A system is described for docketing court receipts. The system may receive court receipts from a court and scan the court receipts for docket information that may be used to create docket entries and events. The system may associate the court receipts with preexisting case dockets. The system may retrieve and store case documents referenced in the court receipts from an online server. The system may apply applicable court rules to information retrieved from the court receipts to generate events. The docket entries and events created by the system may be used to generate and/or update case dockets efficiently and accurately.
